This privacy policy explains what information the Sorelo app collects and how it is used.
Information We Collect
When you create an account through Google, Apple, or your phone number, we receive your basic account information (such as your name and email or phone number). Content you submit to generate captions, designs, subtitles, or images (text, images, or video) is used for processing by AI services.
We also automatically collect device and usage information (such as device type, OS version, app version, and in-app actions) through analytics tools, and crash and performance data to help us fix bugs and keep the app stable. If you enable notifications, we store a device token to deliver push notifications. If you grant camera or photo library access, we use it to let you attach photos to bug reports and to select or save images within the app.
How We Use Information
Your information is used to:
- Provide and improve the caption, design, subtitle, and image generation tools
- Manage your account and subscription
- Process payments through the App Store or Google Play
- Show and measure the performance of ads
- Diagnose crashes and improve app performance
- Send push notifications about your account or content
- Respond to support requests
Payments
Subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play; Sorelo does not directly store your card details. We use RevenueCat to help manage subscription status and entitlements.
Advertising
Sorelo may display ads through Google AdMob, and offers rewarded ads that unlock extra generations; the Pro plan removes ads. On iOS, we ask for your permission (via Apple's App Tracking Transparency) before using your device's advertising identifier to personalize ads and measure their performance; you can change this anytime in your device Settings. If you don't grant permission, you may still see ads, but they won't be personalized to you.
Sharing Information
Content you submit for caption, design, subtitle, or image generation is sent to the AI service providers Sorelo uses for processing. We also share limited data with service providers who help us operate Sorelo: Google Firebase (analytics, crash reporting, push notifications), Google AdMob (advertising), and RevenueCat (subscription management). Your information is not sold to third parties, except as required to provide our services or comply with the law.

You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure.
Children
Sorelo is not intended for use by children under 13.
